Pengaruh Senam Otak (Brain Gym) Terhadap Tingkat Kejenuhan Anak Usia Sekolah Dasar

Background: Burning out is a phenomenon that occurs in students at school, boredom can occur because there are learning demands that must be met by a student in the learning process, rules in the school environment, and demands to have skills and achievements. Students who experience boredom will find it difficult to absorb information, making students feel less successful and resulting in reduced enthusiasm for learning.
Method: This research uses an experimental design with a Quasi-Experimental Design research design with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design approach. The sampling technique used Total Sampling, resulting in an intervention group of 31 respondents and a control group of 36 respondents. The research instrument for brain gym variables and boredom uses a questionnaire sheet. Data analysis in this study used the paired sample T-test.
Result: The results showed that the intervention group had a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.05), the control group had a p-value of 0.006 (p<0.05).
Conclusion: There is an influence of brain gym and ice breaking on the level of boredom of school-age children and there is an influence of brain gym on the level of boredom of children after school.
